Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout, based on your address and what's in your bag — we don't publish a flat rate because it genuinely depends on which production facility fulfills your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check status on your order tracking page.
Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at support@tevuly.com with your order reference and a photo — we'll sort out a reprint or refund.
Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or modify an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
